Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking an in-person Pharmacy Technician to support our infusion pharmacy in Morrisville, NC. The role involves sterile compounding and clinical support under a pharmacist, with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include NC licensure, 1 year of experience, and PTCB/NHA certification preferred. The position offers a full-time schedule, no weekends, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with NC good standing is required/preferred.
• PTCB/NHA certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience, hospital or specialty infusion preferred.
• Current ACPE requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Sterile preparation of IV/infused medications under pharmacist direction.
• Adhere to USP 797/800 and state BOP regulations.
• Maintain call and shipment schedules for continuity of care.
• Enter patient and prescription data accurately into the system.
• Clean and maintain the pharmacy clean room per policy and regulations.
• Participate in QA and performance improvement programs.
• Complete Soleo annual re-credentialing process.
