Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or military equivalent.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Required upon hire.
• IV Certification - Required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Greets and prepares patients for examinations.
• Administers medications in accordance with nursing standards.
• Monitors and reports patient conditions to the provider.
• Arranges referrals for patient testing as needed.
