Job summary

• Installs metal partitions and repairs doors and panic bars; repairs door checks and may repair locksets.
• Cuts and glues Formica for cabinet tops; installs and repairs ceiling tiles; lays floor tiles and linoleum.
• Glazes windows and may replace window cords or chains.
• Makes concrete forms and wood covers for fields; may cut through masonry and perform minor roof repairs and roof cleaning.
• Erects and disassembles scaffolding; may work on scaffolding.
• Performs service calls, work orders, maintenance, emergency repairs, and reconditioning work.
• Keeps records and reports daily work; complies with safety regulations.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and keeps tools and equipment in good order.
