Job summary

defi SOLUTIONS is seeking an ITSM Specialist to drive the software development lifecycle through change, release, incident, and problem management, guiding releases through build, test, and deployment while identifying risks.

In collaboration with internal teams and clients, you will help maintain a stable production environment, enhance monitoring, implement automation, and streamline operational workflows. On-call rotation is required for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with release automation and change control.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft administration.

Responsibilities

• Review change records to ensure policy compliance.
• Support release planning and Go-Live activities.
• Communicate release status and issues to stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment of software releases to production.
• Maintain release metrics and audit documentation.
• Monitor and triage incidents, minimizing business impact.
• Coordinate incident response and RCA support.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Oversee batch job execution and ensure timely processing.
• Troubleshoot batch failures with teams.
