Job summary
Charles Schwab is seeking an ITSM platforms engineer to design, support, and enhance enterprise ITSM and Digital Workplace solutions. You will develop automations, integrations, and reporting to improve efficiency and service quality, partnering with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders across Schwab Technology Services.
The role emphasizes platform modernization, incident resolution, and analytics, with opportunities to apply Generative AI tools to accelerate delivery and problem solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering.
- 3+ years administering, configuring, or developing ITSM platforms (BMC Helix/Remedy or ServiceNow).
- 3+ years supporting ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
- Experience designing workflows, forms, notifications, queues, automations, or integrations in ITSM.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues in ITSM platforms.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Experience developing ITSM reporting, dashboards, or analytics.
- Proven use of AI tools to improve productivity in development, troubleshooting, or automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, support, and enhance ITSM and Digital Workplace platforms for reliability and user experience.
- Develop automations, integrations, workflows, and reporting to boost efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver new capabilities.
- Provide operational support and continuous improvement for enterprise service management tools.
