Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration and problem solving across large distributed systems.
• Experience with VMware virtualization, O365, AD and GPO, scripting (PowerShell/Linux shell), and cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Maintains IT hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
• Performs Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Troubleshoots IT issues with defined parameters to support employees.
• Provides tier 3 troubleshooting and system access management.
• Develops platform diagrams and network documentation.
• Supports and upgrades application software and hardware as needed.
