Job summary

Wavetronix is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, and support our traffic radar products across the New England region. You will travel to customer sites, deliver technical training, and ensure smooth deployments while building strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and quality in diverse field environments. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Master installation and configuration of Wavetronix core products.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Field service experience in traffic signal/ITS cabinets.
• Technical degree or ITS/Traffic industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits and phone support.
• Manage on-site installation/configuration of products.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions.
• Demonstrate and troubleshoot Wavetronix products.
• Provide technical training to groups up to 10 people as needed.
• Understand customer requirements and make recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Enjoy interacting with customers in person.
