Mortenson Construction is seeking ITS Analyst Interns to join our Information Technology Solutions team this summer. You will assist with data, AI, and HCM/ERP initiatives and work alongside project teams to ensure projects stay on track from day one.

As an intern, you will help define and improve processes, create docs, and build relationships across diverse groups while gaining hands-on experience that drives real business impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate four-year degree in IT, MIS, CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist ITS team with ongoing activities in Data, AI and HCM/ERP solutions.
• Lead or participate in group projects within internship.
• Create and maintain system and end user documentation.
• Collaborate with other teams to recommend efficient use of application features.

Education

Pursuing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
