Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; successful background check.
• Demonstrated competency per WV requirements; state tests/endorsements as applicable.
• Ability to support teachers with individual or small-group instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with planning, prep, and distribution of materials.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to reinforce skills.
• Supervise and assist with student bus passengers and safety.
• Support in implementing lessons aligned to school objectives.
• Participate in duties such as bus duty, lunchroom, halls, and playground.
• Comply with all KCS policies and safety regulations.
