Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required per WV Code §18A-2-5.
• Demonstrated competency as required by WV Code §18A-4-8b and §18A-4-8e.
• Criminal background check as per WV Code §18-5-15c and/or §18A-3-10.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instruction, small group and one-to-one work.
• Supervise and support students on classroom and bus settings.
• Prepare and distribute classroom materials; manage learning activities.
• Maintain safe, orderly environments and adhere to school policies.
• Assist with supervision duties such as bus, lunch, halls and playgrounds.
