Job summary

SEEM Collaborative in Stoneham, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) to provide services under a supervising SLP. The position supports communication development for students across SEEM programs and district schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications sciences and disorders or related field.
• Current MA licensure as SLP-A.
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services under supervision of licensed SLP.
• Conduct individual and small group therapy per IEPs.
• Support AAC systems and assistive technology as directed.
• Collect data, maintain session notes, assist with progress reports.
• Assist with screenings and informal observations as assigned.
• Collaborate with teachers, paras, and families to apply strategies.
• Prepare therapy materials and visuals for engagement.
• Travel between SEEM programs and member districts as needed.
• Participate in supervision and professional development.
