To assist with the management of the school food service program in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations, local and state health ordinances, and school district policies.
High School Diploma or GED required. Must be willing to travel from school to school as needed. Experience in institutional food preparation, including one year supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.Possess or be able to obtain a Serv-Safe Certification according to the requirements set forth by the Jefferson County Health Department. NOTE: Employment experience gained in the private employment sector may be considered for this position.
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
