Iowa Title Guaranty (ITG) is a division of IFA that provides title coverage for Iowa real estate transactions. Through partnerships with attorneys, abstractors, lenders, and independent closers, ITG helps support affordable homeownership and community investment while protecting consumers and reducing transaction costs. ITG plays an important role in helping IFA advance its mission of creating financing opportunities that help Iowans establish homes, strengthen communities, and thrive.
The Compliance Officer position conducts training and audits to ensure Iowa Title Guaranty participants comply with program rules, regulations, procedures, and guidelines. This position works closely with attorneys, abstractors, independent closers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and support the successful administration of ITG programs.

The ITG Compliance Officer position is a non-merit, contract-covered position that is classified by the State of Iowa as a Compliance Officer 1. This position is exempt per FLSA regulations.
