Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking an Item Supply Planner to develop and optimize short-term supply plans across multiple plants and distribution centers. You will ensure inventory targets are met and customer service expectations are achieved or exceeded.

The role requires collaboration with Manufacturing, Sales, Transportation, and Finance to maintain accurate information for inventory strategies and to drive improved service metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or computer science preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Create rolling item supply plans linked to customer demand by location.
• Plan and implement short-term (8 week) supply plans within inventory targets.
• Conduct weekly alignment meetings with plants to align supply with S&OP.
