Job summary

Schlumberger Limited is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to translate ERP-generated demand into executable supply plans, ensuring material readiness while balancing inventory, lead times, and constraints. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination across Purchasing, Sourcing, Logistics, and Operations to support reliable execution of business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations.
• Experience translating ERP-generated demand into supply plans.
• Lean/Six Sigma mindset and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review ERP-generated material requirements to align with production, project, and delivery schedules.
• Validate planning outputs and determine optimal actions: orders, rescheduling, substitutions, and inventory usage.
• Analyze inventory, open orders, lead times, and planned demand to identify shortages or excesses.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sourcing, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, and Inventory teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor supplier commitments and delivery schedules to anticipate risks or delays.
• Support resolution of supply constraints by evaluating alternatives and escalating when needed.
