LightFire Distribution is seeking dedicated Warehouse Pickers for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM). In this role you will fulfill order requests and uphold high-quality standards, relying on strong attention to detail and efficient handling of materials.

Key duties include locating items across the warehouse, performing inventory checks, and ensuring accurate, safe shipping. A high school diploma is preferred, with about six months of warehouse experience.

• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Locate and gather items throughout the warehouse to fulfill order requests.
• Conduct inventory checks and inspect items for accuracy and quality before shipping.

Warehouse Support

• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Skills And Abilities

• Proficiency with material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong reading comprehension and communication skills for accurate order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and maneuvering materials.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
