Job summary

Relatable is seeking a Product Data Manager to own the item master spine, manage GS1 barcodes and GTIN hierarchy, and oversee Netsuite item records. You will drive end-to-end item creation domestically and internationally, document processes for offshore transition, and lead a data governance program to ensure accuracy before live deployment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product or item master data, retail operations, supply chain or data operations.
• Hands-on ERP item master experience; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GS1 standards: GTIN structure, UPC assignment, GDSN.
• Direct experience with major retailer item setup portals.

Responsibilities

• Own the item master data governance and quality program across systems.
• Lead item creation and maintenance for domestic and international scopes.
• Manage retailer/channel syndication and GDSN publication; resolve sync failures.
• Oversee packaging, logistics and compliance attributes and ensure data accuracy before go‑live.
