Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Product Information Manager to own product master data end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, governance, and lifecycle across every system the business runs on. This role serves as the single source of truth and final checkpoint before orders reach production.

You will work hands-on across internal teams, overseas factories, and outside partners, establishing data standards, auditing data, and coordinating with Sales, Product Development, Production, and Compliance to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Information Management, Master Data Management, or related fields.
• Hands-on ERP experience across systems such as BlueCherry, MAS 200, AS/400, or NetSuite.
• Experience with PIM and PLM systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product master data across PIM, ERP, PLM, retailer portals, and connected systems.
• Validate revisions, supersessions, and discontinuations and gather information from various teams.
• Set data standards and governance procedures, ensuring data hygiene.
• Run routine audits to keep data accurate and in sync across systems.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and readiness before production.
