Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking a Product Data Specialist to perform plausibility checks on new items, supporting quoting and product setup. You will help ensure data integrity, unique item codes, and accurate technical specifications across the system.

The role requires technical reading of drawings, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills, with travel possible to multiple U.S. sites. Onsite work at Greenwood, IN and other locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with standard fasteners and per-print items.
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Self-motivated, organized, with urgency in delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise item data for completeness and accuracy of specs and drawings.
• Evaluate new items for duplication or overlap with the product range.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quoting for product setup and quoting.
• Ensure tariff codes are correctly assigned per trade standards.
• Provide timely support to internal stakeholders to maintain workflow.
• Partner with global product teams to maintain catalog integrity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
