Job summary

Educated Solutions Corp is seeking an Item Creation Specialist to support the setup and maintenance of merchandise data across internal systems. You will ensure accuracy of product attributes, images, and details to enable smooth multi-channel publishing.

This hybrid role requires onsite work Monday through Thursday with optional remote work on Fridays, and emphasizes organization, data precision, and collaboration with merchandising, vendors, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain merchandise items within internal product and item management systems.
• Enter, review, and update product attributes, item details, images, and other merchandise information.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to obtain complete and accurate product information.
• Organize and maintain product and merchandise groupings within internal systems.
• Monitor deadlines for product attributes, images, and other required item information.
• Perform ongoing item maintenance and make updates as product information changes.
• Prioritize item setup requests based on business needs, category deadlines, and product launch timelines.
• Partner with internal teams to manage new item setup requests, workload priorities, and deadline concerns.
• Review product and purchasing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist vendors and internal partners with resolving item setup and product data issues.
• Learn and support new item setup technologies, systems, and processes.
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives related to item setup and merchandise data.
