Item Analyst Team Lead

Location: Fort Worth TX

What You Will Be Doing
You will be a Field Sales Support Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 on the F-35 Sustainment Supply Item Management team and will be a Technical subject matter expert for the Item Management Organization, leading a team of individuals providing technical guidance and resolution to complex problems.

You will be responsible for supporting day to day activities within a cross-functional team to ensure successful delivery of commitments. Additionally, you will represent the Item Management team as the voice of Supply collaborating across internal and external organizations, supporting Root Cause & Corrective Action Initiatives enabling Strategic Improvements, Action Teams, and Return to Green plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management and Prioritization of Systemic Action Items
2. Cross-functional team integration and project engineering oversight for F-35 Item Management team.
3. Frequent Communication and Escalation of key inhibitors to the Leadership Team.
4. Managing and enabling the repair life cycle of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions.
5. Monitoring TSLs (Target stock levels) of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions.
6. Monitoring and managing customer demands of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders to produce outcomes and drive results
2. Experience with data analytics and/or tracking metrics on program performance
3. Experience in presentation development and delivery to executive audiences
4. F-35 program sustainment experience or similar aircraft platform experience
5. Experience in leadership / team collaboration
6. Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
7. Great Interpersonal skills working in a team environment
8. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

10. PBL Contracting and/or Measurement Experience
