Job summary

Easterseals Florida, Inc. is seeking an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) Facilitator to support and strengthen our Early Steps provider network through coaching, training, and professional development.

You will mentor and coach new and experienced ITDS professionals, facilitate high-quality early intervention services, and promote evidence-based practices across the network. This role includes managing a small caseload and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• Active Florida Certification as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS).
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training.
• Successful completion of the FL-EPIC Professional Development Program with demonstrated fidelity.
• Active Florida Medicaid Provider Number.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) Number.
• Enrollment in the Early Steps provider network.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams), electronic health records and data management systems, virtual meeting platforms, and web-based training and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and support new and experienced Infant Toddler Developmental Specialists (ITDS) and community-based providers.
• Facilitate training, technical assistance, and professional development opportunities that promote high-quality early intervention services.
• Champion the FL-EPIC coaching approach and evidence-based practices throughout the provider network.
• Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and quality improvement among providers serving children and families.
• Serve as a trusted resource for provider requirements, certification processes, and service delivery best practices.
• Maintain a small caseload and provide direct early intervention services to eligible children and families.
• Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with Early Steps, HIPAA, and program standards.
