Easterseals Florida is seeking an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist Facilitator to mentor ITDS professionals and strengthen our Early Steps provider network in Florida.

In this role you will coach, train, and support providers, promote evidence-based practices, and help ensure high-quality early intervention for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Florida ITDS certification.
• Minimum of five years of related experience or training.
• Florida Medicaid Provider Number and NPI.
• Enrollment in Early Steps network.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and support ITDS and community providers.
• Facilitate training, TA, and PD opportunities for high-quality early intervention.
• Champion FL-EPIC coaching and evidence-based practices.
• Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and quality improvement among providers.
• Serve as a resource for provider requirements, certification processes and service delivery best practices.
• Maintain a small caseload and provide direct early intervention services to eligible children and families.
• Complete required documentation and ensure HIPAA and program standards compliance.
