Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Oakland, CA, with 3–6 years of ITC experience. The ideal candidate will understand ITC-specific issues and work across the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit with fellow attorneys to develop litigation strategy.

The role requires a JD, an active CA bar license (or commitment to obtain), excellent academics, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
