Job summary

ILIAS Solutions seeks a highly trusted Empowered Official and Technology Control Officer for IFED, responsible for the Technology Control Plan and ITAR/EAR compliance posture across its US operations. This leadership role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Substantial ITAR and EAR experience applying both regimes in a defense, aerospace, technology or similarly regulated environment.
• Governance-level security program experience: planning, developing and evaluating security program policies and goals.
• Board/regulator-facing communication skills to convey complex compliance positions.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the ITAR/EAR compliance posture across IFED operations; manage TCP
• Carry trade-compliance mandate under AECA and ITAR; ensure BIS/DDTC guidance compliance
• Define control requirements for the BISO; review access-control matrices and audit logs
• Report to the IFED Government Security Committee on ITAR/EAR matters; attest to reports
• Investigate and document TCP violations; revoke access as required
• Lead cross-functional compliance coordination across client, project and information-security teams
