We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative IT Asset Management (ITAM) Program Specialist with strong technical skills who can quickly learn IT concepts and apply them independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment to build the enterprise-wide ITAM program. This role bridges hands-on technical knowledge with strategic coordination, helping to design, document, and mature asset lifecycle practices across hardware and software. The specialist will work alongside IT leadership to ensure asset data accuracy, policy compliance, and efficient onboarding/offboarding processes, while following established SAM and HAM workflows and contributing to clear, detailed process documentation. Success in this role requires learning technical skills (such as computer imaging), quickly adapting to new systems, translating operational workflows into standardized, repeatable processes, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders and partner agencies while maintaining a continuous-improvement mindset in SAM/HAM and IT operations.
This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check.
This position is funded through June 30, 2027, with the intention to seek additional funding.
