Job summary

Concordia College’s Concordia Language Villages seek a Summer Dean to lead the Italian Language Village program in Bemidji, MN. The role oversees curriculum, staff, budgeting, operations, and communications to reflect the Village’s mission.

Qualifications

• Italian and English proficiency at intermediate-high level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum age of 25; availability for orientation and session dates.
• Must possess valid work authorization for the United States; reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Summer Dean program in the Village.
• Hire, onboard, and supervise seasonal staff; lead staff training and orientation.
• Manage program operations, budgeting, and communications in line with CLV policies.
• Represent the Village in communications with participants, families, and CLV administration.
