Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, Italian-speaking customer support specialists to join a high-end team in Greece. You’ll assist Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat, troubleshoot gadgets, and help customers level up their routines with friendly, solution-focused support.

After onboarding, you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece; relocation is covered with flight, airport pickup, and 2 weeks paid accommodation.

Qualifications

• Italian is the primary language for customer interactions (native/fluent).
• Strong English communication for internal training.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
• Interest in gadgets and sleek tech products.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
