Job summary

CloudPay is expanding its fast-growing team in Italy and seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist focusing on Italian payroll. You will oversee operational processing of payrolls for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in line with SLAs.

You will collaborate with Implementation Consultants to transfer knowledge to Operations, reconcile pre-processing reports, and resolve payroll discrepancies. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and experience with Zucchetti or other payroll

Qualifications

• Strong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting etc.
• Experience in any related payroll software and MS Office - Excel and Word
• Experience of Zucchetti would be beneficial
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
• Forward thinking, able to plan and organise own workload
• Strong Italian and English languages skills required

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations
• Support any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement
• Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll
• Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing
• Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations
• Maintains payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
• Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfully

Our fast-growing team in Italy is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist specializing in Italian payroll. This position will be responsible for the operational processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay global payroll operations teams.
