Job summary

Armstrong World Industries in Lancaster, PA is seeking an IT Vendor and Contract Specialist to own the lifecycle of IT contracts, software licenses, and cloud subscriptions, ensuring compliance and value. You will partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT service owners to optimize supplier relationships and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years in supplier/contract management.
Experience with CLM systems and cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
Knowledge of software licensing models and IT asset management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end contract lifecycles for IT supplier contracts and licenses.
Maintain contract repositories with documentation and version control.
Monitor renewal dates and alert stakeholders well in advance.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and IT owners to ensure policy compliance.
Develop dashboards and reports on contract status, spend, and renewals.
