Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, finance or equivalent; preferred but not required with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in procurement, finance or equivalent manufacturing leadership.
• Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of purchasing principles, sourcing and commodity pricing.
• Contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement commodity strategies to minimize risk and drive supplier performance.
• Identify and prioritize procurement initiatives; allocate resources for timely completion.
• Provide procurement leadership by market assessment, risk management, strategy development, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Contribute to development of market-leading, exciting new products.
• Provide forecasts and analysis for financial, capital, strategic planning and budgeting; educate leadership on market dynamics.
