Holland & Knight is seeking an IT Training Delivery Manager based in Tampa, Florida. This key position requires overseeing IT training delivery across the firm while actively participating in training sessions. The manager will develop delivery standards and ensure a high-quality learner experience.
Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in training environments, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
The IT Training Delivery Manager is responsible for both strategic oversight and direct execution of IT training delivery across the firm. This role operates as a player‑coach, actively delivering training sessions while providing vision and leadership to the IT Training Delivery team.
The manager owns delivery standards, trainer readiness, scheduling, learner experience, and delivery consistency for instructor‑led, virtual, and blended training programs across multiple offices and regions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Training, Education, or a related field.
7+ years of experience personally delivering instructor‑led and/or virtual training.
Prior experience managing or leading trainers or facilitators.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with professional audiences.
Experience coordinating training across multiple offices or regions.
Ability to manage logistics, schedules, and competing priorities while remaining hands‑on.
Knowledge of legal industry specific software is preferred. Ability to learn such software, as well as software developed in house required.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
