Qualifications

• Four+ years in project management or closely related coordination for infrastructure, telecom, utilities, construction, facilities, generation, transmission, substations, solar, or enterprise IT projects.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of smaller projects in different stages.
• Experience preparing for, facilitating, and documenting project meetings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with coordinators and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 smaller projects in different stages of planning and execution.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, materials, resources, actions, and follow-up.
• Maintain project documentation in JIRA and prepare weekly status updates.
• Lead kickoff, status, and coordination discussions with engineers, field teams, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials for field activities.
