Solving the organization's most challenging application and workflow problems. Providing strategic technical leadership without direct management responsibilities. Enterprise-wide Epic architecture and design decisions. Oversight of complex workflow redesign initiatives. Technical leadership during Epic upgrades and major projects. Governance participation and standards development. Mentoring Senior, Intermediate, and Associate analysts. Driving innovation, automation, and application modernization.
