Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group seeks an adaptable IT Technician to support IT operations on touring shows. You will manage requests, provide on-site support, and maintain servers, printers, laptops, and peripherals across cities worldwide.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced mobile environment with English as the working language.

Qualifications

• College-level diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2+ years IT support experience; or 5+ years relevant experience.
• Touring or live entertainment industry experience is a strong asset.
• Proficiency supporting end users on Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process all IT requests for the tour across hardware, software, and accounts.
• Provide on-site IT support for touring personnel during operational hours.
• Maintain servers, printers, laptops, and peripherals on tour.
• Configure networking equipment including VLANs, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Coordinate local internet connectivity with providers and IT teams.
• Assist with city setup, transfer operations, and shipping of IT gear.
