You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, design temporary office networks, deploy standardized images, and manage Active Directory accounts while collaborating with the IT team on evaluating new technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field; equivalent IT work experience considered.
• Experience providing technical support directly to customers or end users.
• Strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Ethernet and telephone cable installation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with imaging and deployment technologies such as SCCM and Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
• Customer-service-focused approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Provide IT help desk and technical support to employees across the organization.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, network connectivity, and other technical issues.
• Design and implement temporary office networks and telephone systems to support operations.
• Create and maintain standardized computer images for employee workstation deployment.
• Use imaging/deployment technologies to configure and prepare employee computers.
• Create, delete, and manage Active Directory user and email accounts.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Ethernet and telephone cabling.
• Assist with maintaining reliable IT systems and supporting day-to-day technology needs.
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate technologies and guide IT solutions.
