Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full‑time in college during the semester preceding the internship.

• Strong technical aptitude and an interest in computer systems, networking, and IT support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Successful completion of the interview and selection process.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on IT support experience by troubleshooting technical issues, assisting end users, and supporting technology systems essential to daily operations.
