• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on production experience through assignments in various processing departments, learning how daily operations contribute to overall plant performance.
• Explore production operations by gaining exposure to various departments and processes throughout the facility, building an understanding of how they work together to support overall plant performance.
• Develop leadership skills by working alongside production supervisors and plant leaders to understand how they manage teams, processes, and daily operational challenges.
• Make a meaningful impact by participating in an operational improvement project, developing practical solutions, and presenting recommendations to plant leadership.
• Grow professionally through ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities to build relationships with experienced industry professionals.
• Experience real-world plant operations through hands-on assignments that may involve varying shifts, extended periods of standing or walking, lifting, and other physically demanding production activities.

What You'll Experience

Throughout the internship, you'll gain firsthand exposure to daily production operations while developing your leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. You'll work closely with your assigned supervisor and follow all company safety, food safety, and operational procedures.
