Qualifications

• Upcoming sophomore, junior, senior, or grad student.
• Pursuing a degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside production leaders to gain hands-on experience in processing operations.
• Explore different areas of plant operations to understand interdependencies.
• Develop leadership skills through supervision by plant leaders.
• Contribute to operational improvement projects and present recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional relationship-building.
