Job summary

PolyPeptide is seeking an IT Technician to strengthen IT operations within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will analyze service performance, coordinate technology initiatives, and support compliant IT governance while working with business stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years IT experience, preferably in regulated/pharma/manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating IT initiatives or implementing process improvements is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT service performance and recurring issues to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate system deployments, lifecycle management, and service improvements.
• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, Global IT, and external vendors.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Support Windows, 365, AD, networking, endpoints, and IT governance tasks.
• Assist with audits and maintain IT documentation and compliance controls.
• Contribute to IT continuous improvement across services and processes.
