Job summary

PolyPeptide US is seeking an IT Technician to strengthen IT services supporting GMP manufacturing operations in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on improving service delivery, coordinating technology initiatives, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining data integrity and compliance.

You will work with business stakeholders, Global IT, and external vendors to deploy and support systems, lifecycle management, and IT governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze IT service performance and user needs to improve efficiency.
Coordinate IT initiatives including deployments and lifecycle management.
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, Global IT, and vendors.
Translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
Support Windows environments, 365, AD, networking, endpoints and other business tech.
Assist with audits and IT governance controls.
Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Laboratories and Engineering teams.
Contribute to IT services and process improvements.
