Job summary

Pennsylvania Food Corporation in Charleroi, PA is seeking an IT Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for employees, desktop systems, and network connectivity. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain devices, and help ensure reliable technology operations across the organization.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
Experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or troubleshooting preferred.
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, printers, and common business software.
Basic networking concepts and ability to diagnose connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, printers, phones, and system access.
Respond to requests promptly and document issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Set up workstations, user accounts, email access, permissions for new hires and transfers.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology needs and asset recovery.
Monitor and support basic network connectivity and security practices.
