Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 30 semester units in computer science or related field preferred; associate’s degree desirable.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in software development and application support.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting business applications; strong customer focus.

Aufgaben

• Assist with service requests for hardware, software, and peripherals; remote desktop or on-site troubleshooting.
• Install, operate and maintain computers and peripherals; configure basic systems.
• Update maintenance logs; respond to tickets and work orders.
• Assist with backups, upgrades, and software support activities.
• Set up and connect devices; load software; manage user access and permissions.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for warranty services and asset documentation.
• Maintain city-wide OS images for desktop and mobile devices.
