Job summary

CooperVision, Inc. seeks an IT professional to evaluate and diagnose computer hardware, software, and network components, identifying faults and failures using standard techniques and procedures. You will consult with users to define functional specifications for hardware, software, or systems, ensuring effective support across the organization.

You will also prioritize and manage service requests while following all IT Policies and SOPs to maintain reliable operations and compliance.
