Grade 10 $24.17 - $37.02 hourly (salary will be dependent upon education and experience)
Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Technician is responsible for staffing the IT help desk in Riverton City and providing excellent customer service to City staff over the phone, in person, and by email in a timely manner. The main responsibilities include installation and maintenance of IT equipment, including PC's, iPads, thin clients, printers, and other end‑user devices. The IT Technician will support daily IT projects and activities as directed and manage the Audio/Visual systems of the city.

Successful candidates must pass a pre‑employment drug screen, a background and driving record check, and a Human Performance Evaluation, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and provide employment verification (I‑9). This position has a six‑month probation period.
