Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including user management, security, and platform optimization.
• Provide remote technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Utilize RMM tools, scripting, and PowerShell to automate tasks, monitor systems, and improve operational efficiency.
• Administer and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Hands‑on experience with network administration, including firewalls, switches, and wireless technologies.
• Experience configuring VPNs, site‑to‑site networking, and wireless environments.
• Familiarity with Fortinet products preferred; equivalent network technologies accepted.
• Experience with PowerShell, scripting, RMM tools, or IT automation.
• Prior exposure to VoIP systems and troubleshooting is a plus.
