Job summary

PWCampbell is seeking an IT Technician to join our growing design-build team in Pittsburgh. You will be the frontline for IT requests, prioritizing and resolving issues, documenting solutions, and maintaining devices, software licenses, and network infrastructure.

The role emphasizes strong communication with colleagues, hands-on troubleshooting, and proactive process improvements. On-site position in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of help desk experience is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and basic networking.
• Excellent communication and customer service is required.

We are seeking to add an IT Technician to our growing and talented Design-Build Company. This position requires the individual to be a strong communicator, and client focused.

Objectives of this Role

Investigate all IT related tickets submitted for resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage all technical requests throughout the day from employees
• Complete all tickets and document the solutions
• Oversee printers, computers, software licensing, phones, network equipment, MDM, and all IT inventory
• Set up cell phones, computers, accounts, and more for individuals
• Manage configurations on AV and all networks
• Take initiative to enhance processes within the company's IT infrastructure
• May perform other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

• 1-3 years of help desk experience is required
• Intermediate knowledge of helpdesk ticketing, Microsoft Active Directory and M365 environment, networking, user access control, VPN, phones, servers, copiers, antivirus, managing user licensing, and administering a wide variety of SaaS and desktop products
• Proficient in prioritizing and expediting troubleshooting methods to resolve IT issues is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service is required
• Experience in construction technology is a plus
• Above average computer skills
