Job summary

Aerostar Airport Holdings is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance across the Information Technology Department at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). You will troubleshoot hardware/software, support end users, and manage service desk tickets in a dynamic airport environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in IT fields with 2+ years of relevant experience, is fluent in Spanish and English, and may pursue ITIL/CCNA/A+

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with at least two years of experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN connectivity, and IP phone systems.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, A+, Security+, CCNA, or similar credentials are preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English are required.

This position will support the Information Technology Department by providing technical assistance related to hardware, software, operating systems, applications, user access, network connectivity, and service desk support across company departments and airline stations at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU).

The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, configuring equipment and applications, supporting end users, managing service desk tickets, assisting with system access and permissions, and contributing to the effective operation of technology systems in a dynamic airport environment.

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN connectivity, and IP phone systems is required.
