What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide departmental and technical support including system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance on computer systems
- Collaborate closely with Regional Service Managers and IT team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Install, integrate, and configure new computer systems while monitoring their functionality
- Cover on-call responsibilities as required, including night and weekend shifts
- Complete special projects and monthly reports as assigned to facilitate smooth departmental operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Two-year degree in Computer Science or Programming; equivalent education and experience will be considered
- Proficiency with personal computers and knowledge of a wide range of computer systems, software, applications, and hardware
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with management at all levels
- Experience in maintenance and repair of computer hardware, including problem resolution and system upgrades
- Understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements within the healthcare industry

- Knowledge of healthcare industry systems is preferred
- Strong telephone and typing skills to facilitate effective communication
