Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages team of help desk and communication specialists, network technicians, and network administrator.
• Promotes growth and development of assigned team members and leads staffing decisions.
• Establishes standards for hardware, software and networking and monitors compliance.
• Assists with creating, monitoring and reviewing the IT annual budget and strategic plan.
